We are thrilled to share Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham® earned the top spot in guest satisfaction in the economy segment for the 16th time in the J.D. Power 2019 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study!
This year’s rankings saw Microtel score a total of 797 points within the economy segment, owning the top placement by 20 points more than the next-ranked brand and 41 more than the segment average. Microtel has earned more J.D. Power accolades than any other economy hotel brand, achieving this distinction 16 out of the past 18 years.
